Condition: The scooter is used and shows scratches but, overall, it is in good cosmetic condition. When you connect the power adapter it says "POWER ON" and the green light, that indicate the battery is fully charged, but when I disconnect the power adapter it won't turn on. Includes power adapter. Please check on the photos for detailed condition of the product.
